There is so much information packed into this book that you definitely have to read it cover-to-cover and then go back and use it as a reference or re-read each section as you need them.
The writing is straight forward and he offers dozens of tips and tricks for those interested in, those new to, and even those veteran of using real estate as an investment option. Turner walked a fine line of saying this is the best way versus this is what was the best for me, but might not be the best for you. That being said, he did a lot of pimping for BiggerPockets (hand that feeds you, etc. blah blah blah).

What a tome. I requested a copy of this from the publisher back in August 2018 after reading 
Starting this book felt like I opened a door mid-conversation almost a century ago. Behind it were two gentleman sitting in a preserved gentleman’s lounge or office. I could almost smell the old leather furniture and the faint scent of cigars and I could see the wood paneling vividly as the two men leaned in to confer about titans of industry. And this is the problem with The Mental Dynamite series.
I’m really taking to heart all of the articles I read about the most successful people and I’m trying to read one nonfiction book that will teach me something every month this year. I just looked back on all
